Radio veteran Lisa Thomas has spent more than 20 years on the air entertaining her listeners and is pleased to join the Hot AC team. A good portion of her radio career was spent at Dallas’ Mix 102.9 where she served as Music Director, Assistant Program Director and Mid-Day Personality. Consistently placing in the top five with Women 25-54 in her day part, Lisa's accolades include being a Billboard Music Director Of The Year nominee; a Radio & Records Music Director Of The Year nominee; and a Radio Music Award Music Director Of the Year winner.

“I eat, breathe, and sleep pop culture and the ‘at work’ lifestyle,” says Lisa. “Outside of radio, I’m a busy working mom and proud of my two little ones, ages 9 and 3. They keep me grounded. Time management? What’s that? I’m just as guilty as the next working mom and I try to get it all done in a day! Calm, cool and together….NOT ME! Bad hair days, lollipop stuck to my bottom, training pants in my purse…THAT’S more like it. I’m also active in Girl Scouting where I lead a troop, an avid runner, a Sunday School teacher and a Crock Pot aficionado. All the best things in life!”
